The chair is comfortable from lower back support perspective. Got it delivered in 4 days though website said 7-9 days. Assembly was simple, the setup with nuts/bolts were done already. All that had to be done was to stack them. 4 stars because of the back mesh, not sure of its durability.

I am not satisfied with the quality and customer service as well. The wheels for the chair started leaving black marks from day 1. Now i even see some small left behinds whenever i am sitting in the chair. The both looks really bad. I raised this concern to CC on 1st Sep, no body cared to respond to my email so far. The chair is comfortable yes, but i am not sure about the quality now.

The product has two major design flaw. The height of the head rest will not work for anyone below 5’9 or 10 inch. Secondly and most importantly the wheels does not have a lock. This is a big issue in the home environment where the floor may not be carpeted and the chair will roll around.

A good ergonomic chair. In case anyone is looking for a good chair quickly without investigating too much and spending a lot of time, you can go for it! I did a lot of research and finally settled for this one.
Pros:
1. Proper lumbar support for the spine
2. Comfortable headrest and arm rest
3. Leaning back / stretching back is well supported
4. Smooth wheels so smooth movement
Cons:
No stopper for the wheels but this is not a big concern

Not worth. lower back is not good and. I am getting back pain. Also the customer support is pathetic for the online order. You will get the product in pieces and u need to assemble it . Which I did not like it. Also technician will not come to assemble it. So better order from showroom atleast u will get the assembled products.

Bought this considering all the reviews that have been posted. It has been worth it. The back-rest is good. Wished for a firmer thigh-support, but it definitely isn’t too bad. Use it with an orthopedic pillow, and you’re good.
My only grouse, if any, is that the company hasn’t provided a user guide…like, what lever works what. Would’ve been really helpful.
Putting it together was a breeze. My wife and son did it actually. 🙂

The chair is quality one for the price that we pay. Good quality cushion seating, mesh, plastic and leather parts. Seating is pretty comfortable and good back support. It was partially assembled during delivery. So just keep the seating portion over the cylinder and done! Delivery was also smoot and fast.

The chair came assembled and all I had to do was stack them together. The only downside is the inability of the back of the chair to stop at any angle rather than the two preset stops.
The headrest needs some getting used-to. The chair is very comfortable for long periods and the material of construction is top notch. A good set of features for the price.
I would like to warn all buyers shorter than 5’9″. Please note that this chair would be uncomfortable for you as the lumbar support would dig into your back as it’s a little on the higher side. Taller users will find this chair comfortable. The headrest needs to be a little more flush with the back rather than being drawn inward.
