2. Manual included with in the product is a xerox copy and pinned A4 sheets and it made me to think whether the product is genuine or not.
3. There are issues faced while fixing handles, it didn’t fit as expected.
4. Headrest and Lumber support is not up to the mark.

I have used Featherlite Office chairs for the last 15 years . So when I needed one for a home office , I blindly put my faith in Featherlite. That being said , I was surprised at the drop in quality compared to the older chair in my office . The use of metal , foam and fabric gave the chair a robust feel and very good support to the user. The new chairs barely have any metal, and are no where close to providing back support the way the older chair does and are flimsy . That being said , my comparison is to the older chair I own not the current crop available now, but as is said Old is Gold.

The chair overall is very good. The price is less on the website compared to buying at the showroom. The wheel movement is smooth, the chair foam is of good quality, infact all material used seems to be of good quality.
There is one minor issue though, the handles didn’t fit that well. One of the handle could only take 2 screws compared to 3 for the other, due to misalignment of the holes provided for the screws. Other than that, it is a good experience buying from featherlite online.

For now rating is 4 as its been only 3-4 days since I am using it, but chair looks great, sturdy and smooth. Very satisfied for now. Since I bought this chair from Flipkart, I hope I would not have to face any warranty related issues.

– Basic entry level ergonomic chair.
– However, the headrest is very hard to assemble and not really worth it.
– The lumbar support is for display purposes only and wouldn’t be of much help, but you can’t expect much at this price point.
– Sitting on it for long hours(more than1) equals sweat around your hip area.

It’s a good comfort chair. However the hydraulic is having issues and it is by itself getting down without any buttons. This happned to me after 1 to 2 months of usage.
